Oracle Databases Certified Administrators providing near instant email confirmation
that the call has been logged with Data Migrations Ltd support and
a relevant log number attached. Customers are able to view the
progress of their call through a personalised SSL 128 bit encrypted
area providing information such as; which consultant the call
has been assigned to, whether the call has been escalated to
Oracle Databases
or Microsoft, how long the call has been open, a resolution to
the call with historical knowledge base.
Our Web based support contract allows you unlimited web based
access to our consultants. Typically customers who purchase this
kind of support have a person or team that are responsible for
the day-to-day administration of their IT infrastructure. They
are conversant with most basic admin duties such as printer/drive
mapping and only need to call when an issue arises to which they
have no knowledge. On-site support is available and charged on
an hourly basis.
